Shipping

We currently offer two shipping options with in South Africa.

 

Door-to-door delivery through The Courier Guy @ R155 (free when you spend R1500 or more).

Locker pick up powered by PUDO, a Pick-up Drop-off system, bringing you even more affordable shipping options and the ability to pick up your parcel from dedicated lockers at a time convenient to you.


After check out, please allow 5-8 working days for your order to be processed and packaged (Excluding special events such as Black Friday). Once I've got your item ready to ship, you will receive an email/sms confirming your tracking number.
Delivery across South Africa will arrive within 2-5 working days, depending on your area. 

Returns

We wil gladly take returns within 14 days after delivery, if the item is still in it's original condition and undamaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

CUSTOM ENGRAVED ITEMS, PERSONALISED LEATHER GIFTS AND SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

Only described leather items are sold. Additional accessories in photos are only for illustrative purposes.

What is your return policy?

REFUNDS ( If Applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately leather sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements

We will gladly repair/replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault, within three months after purchase. (Repair/replace depends on the nature of the defect).
